My friend Beth brought me some purple potatoes from her garden, which were really yummy, and I was inspired to dig some from my own potato patch. The result? This weekend we enjoyed a delicious, locally grown meal. The pasture-raised beef came from Ironwood Farm, and the potatoes & chard were brought in from our own garden. We felt so blessed to be able to eat so well and so locally.
